In order to secure the apartment we require payment details with the booking enquiry, however payment will not be taken from your card until we have confirmed availability with the provider, we will endeavour to confirm availability or contact you to dicuss other options within 3 hours during business hours or as soon as possible the next working day.  Once availability has been confirmed payment will be taken and a confirmation sent to you via email.

What if the apartment is not available? 

In the event the apartment is no longer available the provider will contact you to discuss alternative options, no payment will be taken until you have confirmed with the provider that you are happy to go ahead with the alternative option. 

When will my booking be confirmed?

During business hours (Monday to Friday 8:45 - 17:30) we will endeavour to contact you within three hours, outside of these times we will endeavour to contact you the next working day.
